From the market:

  • Carrots – 9 to 11 medium-sized, discard greens
  • 1 Beet – washed, quartered, discard greens
  • 1 garlic clove – peeled
  • Wheatgrass powder – 2 tablespoons

Instructions:

1. Using a centrifugal juicer, juice carrots, beet, and garlic clove then set aside.

2. In a blender, combine juice mixture with spirulina powder and wheatgrass powder. Drink immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 day.

Note: juices are at their highest nutritional value immediately after juicing.
