From the market:

  • Almond milk – 2 cups (sweetened or unsweetened)
  • 1 banana – peeled, frozen
  • Hemp protein – 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh mint – 1 oz


1. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend vigorously until smooth. Add more ice to chill or thicken, if desired. Top with fresh mint sprig. Enjoy!
