Spirulina Chimichurri Sauce

  • 4 garlic cloves – peeled and chopped
  • White wine vinegar – 3 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro – ½ cup
  • Fresh oregano – ¼ cup
  • Italian flat-leafed parsley – 1 bunch, destemmed
  • 1 lime – juiced, ½ tablespoon (optional for added zing)


1. Combine all ingredients in blender and pulse 2 to 3 times being sure to scrape down the side with a rubber spatula.

2. Continue pulsing, about 12 times, until thick sauce forms. Serve over artisan bread, alongside grilled vegetables, or over your favorite protein dish if you wish not to keep it vegetarian. Enjoy!
