It's been about 2 weeks. I do a scoop of the pre when I wake up. Then an activate before my first meal with a pro with the meal or shortly. I am also intermittently fasting so I also added a protein shake, electrolytes and multi vitamin to make sure I'm getting plenty of nutrition. My meals are high protein, low carb during my window. I'm averaging around 5 lbs a week. The pre is good, flavorless and mixes well in a blender bottle with my protein shake or electrolytes. I try to do the activate about 45 minutes before a meal. I've noticed a reduction in bloating but otherwise the weight send to be falling off. I'm hoping to add in some resistance training or weights when I get more used to it but right now I'm just working on developing a habit. I wish it wasn't so expensive but so far it's the best weight loss supplement I've attempted. Still on the fence on if I'll but another round or if it's enough to get me the head start to do the rest on my own.
